Lift Off Field Leadership Development: Elevating Leadership
Launched to empower leadership teams with impactful, transformative training I developed Lift Off Field Leadership Development, a dynamic, hands-on program tailored for directors, general managers, and assistant managers across all AMC Theatres nationwide. The program launched with a powerful 2-hour workshop, unveiled at the prestigious national Connections conference in San Diego, captivating over 150 leaders in the audience. But that was just the beginning. From there, I crafted a comprehensive curriculum that included engaging micro-learning modules and an interactive workbook—designed to reinforce learning and drive results long after the workshop.
The Culture of Women
How do we celebrate the unique journeys of women? How do we shift from rewarding singular success to embracing collective growth? These are the questions that fuel this keynote presentation I authored, designed, and developed for a renowned leadership influencer.
Presented at a city-wide conference to an audience of empowered women, this talk explores the winding paths of women's careers, the confidence challenges they face from youth to leadership roles, and the importance of creating a culture that uplifts and supports one another. The presentation doesn’t just stay in the room—it creates a movement.
A signature keynote on the speaker's website, this presentation continues to inspire and transform organizations, empowering women to thrive today, tomorrow, and for years to come.
Welding Symbols: Bringing Technical Skills to Life
In collaboration with Project MFG, I created Welding Symbols, a vibrant, highly animated explainer video designed to support their Welding Kits. Project MFG, a Kansas City-based company, is a driving force in shaping the next generation of skilled trade professionals through innovative competitions and cutting-edge technology.
Featuring the animated character Ryan, this micro-learning video transforms technical welding concepts into an engaging and accessible learning experience. By combining lively animation and clear instruction, Welding Symbols helps participants gain hands-on understanding in advanced manufacturing, aligning with Project MFG’s mission to inspire and elevate the next generation of skilled professionals.
AMC Theatres Connections Conference: New Orleans Jazz Meets Engaging Presentations
At the heart of AMC Theatres' annual nationwide conference, Connections, held in vibrant New Orleans, I created an immersive experience that set the stage for more than 2,500 attendees, including AMC staff and movie industry leaders.
The event kicked off with an opening video, showcasing a montage of my work across all presentations, infused with the unmistakable rhythm of a New Orleans Jazz theme. The centerpiece of the conference, the State of the Business presentation, featured a dynamic Monopoly Board design, brought to life with custom graphics, color, and movement to keep the audience engaged.
I also supported all presenters, including the keynote speaker, ensuring eight cohesively themed presentations flowed seamlessly throughout the event.
Empowering Future Readers through AI Innovation
As a mentor through the Sprint Accelerator program, I had the privilege of guiding an entrepreneur whose passion for education and technology led to the creation of an AI-powered app designed to assist children with learning to read. The app featured a library of grade-appropriate books, enabling children to read aloud and receive real-time pronunciation support and word definitions, even in the absence of an adult.
Her mission extended beyond functionality—she sought to curate a diverse collection of works from new authors, raising awareness around the importance of representation in literature. I developed a dynamic presentation used to secure stakeholder funding, bringing her vision one step closer to reality. I'm deeply proud of her achievements and the meaningful impact this innovative project promises for the future of education.
Strategic Vision Meets Impactful Design: The Lift Off Proposal
When it comes to driving leadership development, strategy is everything. In support of the Lift Off Field Leadership Development initiative, I crafted a robust design proposal tailored for high-level stakeholders, including VPs and Directors. This proposal wasn’t just a plan—it was a roadmap to success. The comprehensive package included a persuasive presentation, an in-depth learner analysis, a detailed design document, and a targeted measurement plan to ensure the program's success at every level.
Augmented Reality: Immersive Learning Technology
Step into a world where learning and technology merge in ways you never imagined. Augmented Reality: Immersive Learning Technology – Perception is Reality, a dynamic presentation I authored, designed, and delivered, captivated an audience of over 100 Learning and Development professionals at Cerner’s annual LearnCon conference.
With an Alice in Wonderland theme, this presentation explored the cutting-edge use of Augmented Reality (AR) in corporate learning. Through captivating videos, research insights, and real-world applications, I showcased how AR can transform learner engagement and redefine corporate training experiences. Chosen from a competitive pool of proposals, this presentation invites attendees to look beyond traditional methods and dive into the future of immersive learning.
OMG: How AMC Moved from PowerPoint to Reality TV to Train its Millennial and Gen Z Associates
I had the pleasure of developing this dynamic presentation to life for the AMC Theatres VP and Manager of Learning and Development, to highlight the Undercover Boss simulated learning initiative in Dallas. This retro-themed presentation was delivered at a local ATD chapter meeting. The initiative involved undercover operations led by Directors of Operations, who tested local theatre employees' customer service and safety responses in real-life scenarios. The goal? Catch employees "doing things right"!
This presentation, complete with analysis, measurement stats, and engaging emcee hosted video outtakes, showcases AMC’s forward-thinking approach to training their Millennial and Gen Z workforce.
Peanut Butter & Co.: Making a PB&J
Video 2 in the Series- This engaging video tutorial is the second in a series on how to make the perfect PBJ. Originally developed as a PowerPoint presentation, this sample video has been elevated with rich, custom cartoon-style illustrations and a lively animated character, added as a GIF. The step-by-step process is brought to life through seamless animations and interactive visuals, making the content both fun and easy to follow.
Throughout the video, the moving cartoon character guides viewers through each step—from spreading the peanut butter to layering the jelly—creating an immersive experience that feels more like a professional animation than a traditional presentation. The result is an educational yet entertaining visual that highlights the art of a classic PBJ.
Driving Entrepreneurial Success through Strategic Partnerships
As part of my work with the Sprint Accelerator, I had the opportunity to design a stakeholder presentation for Project United Knowledge (PUK) Labs. PUK's mission is to harness industry expertise, knowledge acumen, and strategic connections to educate entrepreneurs, empowering them to achieve both their tactical and strategic business objectives. Through their ProjectUK Accelerator program, they partner with entrepreneurs to test, build, and scale their brands.
This presentation played a critical role in securing funding and backers, highlighting PUK’s business model, showcasing their impressive track record of past and current clients, and detailing their success stories. It was a key asset in bringing their vision of continuous entrepreneurial education to life, helping them further expand their impact.
Bringing Mindfulness to Executive Presence
I authored, designed, and facilitated a transformative workshop for 250 executives and C-suite leaders titled Bringing Mindfulness to Executive Presence: Why Successful Companies Need a Mindful-Based Culture. This presentation explored cutting-edge research on the impact of mindfulness in the workplace, demonstrating how it enhances company culture, team dynamics, and individual well-being. It included practical mindfulness exercises tailored to leadership roles, offering attendees actionable insights they could integrate into their daily professional lives.
The workshop's success led to the creation of two follow-up courses, building on the foundational mindfulness principles introduced. These programs continued to support executives as they cultivated a mindful approach to leadership, benefiting both their organizations and themselves.
Human Skills: Not So Soft After All
I created and delivered this engaging talk on soft skills, originally presented to a team of Organizational Change Management associates and now shared across various teams. Titled Human Skills: Not So Soft After All, the presentation highlights the critical role soft skills play in the workplace, including communication, attitude, trustworthiness, collaboration, adaptability, and curiosity.
In this lighthearted and comical presentation, I contrast hard and soft skills, exploring practical ways individuals can enhance their interpersonal abilities. The talk is filled with entertaining videos, advertisements, and insights from thought leaders like Simon Sinek. It concludes with an uplifting call to action, encouraging attendees to recognize and continue developing their human skills, making them not so soft after all.
