CLEAR: A Comprehensive Organizational Change Management Program

As the Senior Learning Designer for the CLEAR corporate Organizational Change Management program, I was responsible for designing and developing the entire suite of learning assets tailored to support multiple hospital companies. My role extended beyond asset creation, as I facilitated C-suite workshops with each hospital group, delivering detailed summaries with strategic recommendations. From these insights, I crafted custom learning programs tailored to the specific needs of their systems.

Additionally, I collaborated as part of a dedicated subteam, continually researching and evolving the program. Three key assets used in this initiative included a comprehensive guide, the CLEARkit, and a set of defined objectives and success factors, all of which contributed to the program's success in driving effective change across diverse healthcare environments.

Madam President Camp: Empowering Girls Through Leadership & Civic Engagement

I had the opportunity to be part of a team tasked with uplifting and expanding the Madam President Camp, a week-long leadership day camp for middle school girls. The camp’s mission is to inspire young girls, ages 11 to 13, to discover and use their voices as future leaders through civic engagement. With both in-person and virtual options, the camp fosters leadership, activism, communication, and self-discovery, providing a supportive environment where girls can explore their gifts and talents.

At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, I played a key role in transitioning the camp to a virtual format, which was later integrated into the in-person sessions. My responsibilities included analyzing the existing program, designing and developing new content, and leading focus groups to measure and realign the camp’s offerings. I created a wide array of assets, including a comprehensive workbook, camp branding elements such as a new logo, a journal with custom illustrations, graphics, games, and interactive activities. Additionally, I developed stakeholder presentations, videos, and camp "yearbooks" to enhance the experience for both campers and mentors.

The EDGE: Elevating Executive Presence for Consultants and Physician Advocates

As the learning architect and instructional designer for The EDGE, a Leadership Development program, I was responsible for the complete design and implementation of this initiative, initially developed to prepare consultants for high-stakes client meetings. The program centered on helping consultants prepare for interactions with C-suite executives, develop executive presence, and employ mindful tactics in competitive environments.

The success of The EDGE led to its adaptation for Physician Advocates, supporting their need to connect more empathetically with teams and C-suite leaders at the medical systems they worked with. This version of the program emphasized compassionate communication and relationship-building within complex healthcare settings.

The program launched with a comprehensive presentation/workshop, followed by coursework, and was supported by mentoring, a website, an ebook, and an interactive workbook. I oversaw the entire process—analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation—ensuring a tailored learning experience for both consultants and Physician Advocates. I also assisted in delivering the workshop, which featured valuable information, engaging videos, activities, and practical exercises to strengthen participants’ skills in high-pressure and emotionally sensitive situations.
